Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Field Application Engineers for troubleshooting both on-site and off-site, and propose effective solutions for issue investigation.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of Seoul Robotics products and propose optimal implementation strategies for projects.
• Conduct project management activities to ensure milestones and quality standards are met.
• Provide technical training to FAEs and other product related teams, ensuring full product understanding and effective utilization.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in troubleshooting
• Project management skills, with the ability to support multiple projects and maintain close attention to detail.
• Self-driven with a high degree of initiative for learning and research to enhance product and solution performance.
• Excellent communication skills for efficient exchange of technical information

Preferences

• Familiarity with IT and network systems

• Proven experience in technical training delivery and product documentation.

• Proactive and takes ownership: If there’s an outstanding issue, regularly monitors and follows up until it is resolved.
