Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of sophisticated AI applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development using Python, Golang, or similar technologies. You will play a key role in building and optimizing the backend infrastructure, including developing data-driven features, establishing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the stability and scalability of our services.

This is a full-time position where you will work alongside talented professionals to create impactful AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems for data-driven AI applications.
• Implement features for visualizing data through tables, charts, and graphs, with role-based access and permissions.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and ensure continuous, stable delivery.
• Introduce test automation to ensure code quality, reliability, and performance of the backend services.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement backend solutions that align with business needs and technical requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience with a focus on Python, Golang, or equivalent technologies.
• Proven experience with frameworks such as Django or FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), with practical experience working with PostgreSQL.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, designers, and product managers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated ability to identify and address fundamental issues in backend systems.
• Ability to quickly analyze and resolve performance or architectural issues by identifying the root cause.
  Passion for open-source software and experience contributing to or working with open-source projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a Microservices Architecture (MSA) environment.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases or GraphQL.
• Experience working with Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment.
• Proven track record of publishing open-source projects and contributing to the developer community.
