    Glassdome’s premier SaaS platform ‘Omnibus’ enables customers to continually optimize their manufacturing processes and comply with the regulatory environment. Glassdome does so by providing the customers a user-friendly single point access to multiple manufacturing equipment and systems that are scattered across the site, multiple sites, and even multiple suppliers. This is a big feat, and hence, the spectrum of the functionalities are wide. As a Product Owner(PO) you will own a set of functionalities and continuously enhance them to address the current and expected market needs. The PO will be part of a scrum team of UIUX designers, software, and edge device engineers dedicated to the ongoing enhancement of product features.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and refine requirements / epics / stories and define acceptance criteria that is easily understood by the whole development team
    • Be in charge of Sprint planning, Backlog grooming, Sprint demos, and daily scrum standups.
    • Partner with Director of Product and other stakeholders to prepare and attend to the product roadmap
    • Prioritize product features based on business and customer impact and make calculated trade-offs when necessary
    • Communicate trade-offs between customer expectations and engineering realities to align on prioritization
    • Collaborate with the UIUX team to implement user-friendly and visually appealing product interfaces
    • Manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is always up-to-date and aligned with the product roadmap

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years of software product management / UIUX planning experience
    • English fluency in a business and software development environment is a must
    • Agile development environment experience
    • Demonstrates teamwork facilitation, conflict resolution, mentoring, and servant leadership
    • Experience with agile tools
