Kooky, the hub for Kpop enthusiasts, is looking for a passionate Product Designer who appreciates the vibrant world of Kpop and wants to contribute to building an enhanced experience for fans and artists alike.

As a Product Designer, you will be working closely with our cross-functional team to design and refine the user interface of our platform. The role is pivotal in turning Kpop fans' passion into tangible support that nurtures both emerging and established artists.

Responsibilities

• Innovating and executing UI/UX design using Figma for our digital platform.
• Developing the design process from ideation to the final hand-off.
• Employing data tools such as Mixpanel to gather, analyze, and interpret user behavior data.
• Formulating and validating hypotheses on user experience and service improvements, based on data analysis.
• Collaborating with the project management team to ensure the successful completion of design projects.
• Leveraging data insights to devise strategies for enhancing our services and meeting business objectives.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for fast-paced execution.
• Deep understanding of our services, with an empathetic mindset towards our Kpop-loving user base.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and data analysis tools such as Mixpanel.
• Ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and strategies.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a product design role.

Work Hours:

• This position is full time, from 10AM to 7PM.
