Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our team of developers in the field of virtual human generation. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in deep video synthesis and super resolution in videos, especially DIFFUSION MODEL. The ideal candidate has deployed or attempted to execute Artificial Intelligence theories from various Machine Learning (ML) models and algorithms, and familiarity with deep video synthesis, super resolution and GANs is a must. The candidate should be able to apply their analytical skills to develop large-scale DL models that can be easily integrated into a greater pipeline. They are able to understand business objectives from a broader team and build customized models and processes to enable delivery of the business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team and provide direction and guidance in the development of face synthesis technologies.
• Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in deep face/video synthesis and diffusion models, and implement these advancements in our products. • Develop and implement the technical strategy for the company.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of software and hardware systems to ensure high-quality products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our products with other systems.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption where applicable.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in computer science, electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development for AI.
• Extensive experience in deep video synthesis with diffusion models and super resolution in videos.
• Strong understanding of various deep learning architectures and experience implementing them, especially GANs and related models.
• Proficient in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and other relevant programming languages and deep learning frameworks.
• Experience with common computer vision libraries (e.g., OpenCV, PIL) and tools (e.g., CUDA, cuDNN).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of current trends and developments in the field of face swapping technologies.
